About me

I'm Sarah Jane, an RTT therapist, Psych-K Practitioner, Coach and lifelong believer in the power of healing and personal transformation. I’m here to empower you to clear emotional blockages, and gently heal the past.

My journey has taken me across countries and through many life chapters -from Dublin to Germany to Belgium, and back home to the Irish coast—through motherhood (I’ve raised 3 amazing children), entrepreneurship (setting up a values-driven coaching consultancy), heartbreak, and deep growth. After many years running a leadership coaching and HR consultancy in Belgium, life called me inward. It was in the unraveling—of a business, a marriage, and an old version of myself—that I truly found the path to healing. And so began my  journey of transformation.

Now, I support people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected-those who know that their best life is ahead of them. Through RTT and coaching, I help clients to quieten their inner critic, let go of what no longer serves them and create real transformation.

My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply empathetic. I use metaphor, story, and powerful therapeutic tools to create a space where you can feel completely seen and supported. I believe that the root of all suffering is resistance to what is—and that when we stop resisting and start listening to ourselves, we can heal.

Rapid Transformational Therapy developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, is a cutting-edge therapeutic technique that combines the best elements of hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy. It is designed to target the subconscious mind—the powerhouse of your beliefs, emotions, and behaviours—to initiate rapid and lasting transformation. How it works

Your subconscious mind is like a vast library, storing beliefs, memories, and patterns that shape your thoughts, feelings, and actions. The RTT & Coaching Process

  • 1. Intake

    Following a free ‘get-to-know-you’ discovery call, we plan an intake call or visit to discuss in more detail the challenges or issues you are currently facing and wish to address. We then also identify what you wish to achieve during the process to get clarity on how you want your life to be after the session.

  • 2. Transformation Session

    During this session we use hypnosis to explore key events in your past and identify the root cause of the issue. With this knowledge we can then release negative emotions, blockages and beliefs and install new, empowering beliefs. The sessions takes approx. 90 mins and the client is fully aware and in control at all times.

  • 3. Follow-up Coaching Sessions

    Following the RTT session you will receive a bespoke audio recording to listen to for 21 days. There are then 2 coaching sessions, one after 7 days and one on or around day 21 to support you during your transformation. This is an opportunity for further guidance and support during this exciting and life-changing period.

How does RTT work?

RTT is a way of understanding what beliefs and blockages are present in your subconscious and what caused them. Knowing this, you can then install new beliefs about yourself that align with your best life.

How long does it take?

The RTT process is divided into three steps, an intake call, the RTT session itself and a follow up coaching session. This is normally spread out over a period of 3-4 weeks, depending on the issue at hand. Each session is tailor-made and individual so this is just a rough guideline.

Do you work in person or online?

Both!

RTT and coaching are tools that work equally well in person and online. I’m very happy to see you in person and I have also worked with clients from all over the world.
